Little Mexican restaurant set up like a fast food hamburger joint with amaziñgly good food. I wish it wasn't two hours from my home.

When I'm staying in down ornjust passing through, this is where I stop for breakfastn lunch or dinner.

On our way home from Fresno and we were hungry so we decided to make a quick stop. This place is on point! Great service, the manager seems to be training a new employee and he even asked if we needed to use the restroom since they're getting ready to close. 5 stars for sure! Peace ✌ and tacos 🌮 y'all!

One of my favorite little holes to stop in while travelling. Everything is always good. The quality of the food is high, the customer service is generally very satisfactory. I've been a number oftimes, and only once did I have a problem, it was a drive through order in which I ordered a chicken burrito and I got a beef burrito. Notwithstanding the fact that the beef is extremely tasty, that day I asked for chicken. Upon being informed of this problem, they promptly had me drive back through and exchange the burrito for the correct one with no cost or drama. They stand behind their food. 100% would recommend, always worth stopping in, just be clear what you want when you order.

Expected more my wife and I tried the burrito and it was ok not as good as we expected and they only had nacho cheese for chip and not queso..

Decided to stop after seeing their billboard on the 99. I ordered 3 tacos de asada, the meat had great flavor👍🏼 They had yellow corn tortillas, my favorite. I would definitely stop by again, just next time no salsa on my tacos because it was tooo spicy, i could definitely taste the chipotle in their salsa, wasnt too bad, just not my favorite. I definitely recommend.

Real Mexican Food! Good prices, great service. Let me recommend the chorizo con huevos for breakfast. S fee corn tortillas on the side, you're good until lunch. But that's another delicioso story...dinner too!

The food was delicious! Was driving from Fresno to Stockton. Low and behold we found this place and man it was good. The smell itself had my wife and myself drooling over the food. Highly recommend if your near by you need to stop by.

Awesome tacos and burritos

I wish I could give zero stars. I came to this place and order 4 items and it took them 30 mins then I came up and ask where is my food. She had given it to another customer. She didn't fully refund all my money. Took my money, didn't own up to their mistake, took their sweet time. Worst experience of eating out. Bathrooms smells worse than a rest area. DO NOT COME. THEY ROBBED ME

I've been looking for a place that makes delicious menudo. So glad I found that place so close to home! The menudo was everything I wanted! The bowl pictured was size small and it costs $6. By no means was it actually small! Two people ate from this bowl, no problem. Tacos de carnitas were good but a bit greasy.Unfortunately, the burrito super de asada was lacking in every way. Hardly any meat, rice or beans and all the toppings were on one end the burrito. Super disappointed about that. However, the rest of the food was so good, I'll gladly go back!

Driving up north on 99 decided to stop for a quick bite. Long drive was ahead, so looking for something quick to eat was the mission. Took a right on exit 170 and Taco El Grullence was there. The area seems like it's in the middle of nowhere, and I felt like in the movie No Country for Old Man and was waiting for Danny Trejo to walk in the door. The place was clean, service was friendly and my tacos were ready in couple of minutes and tasted great.

Always really good food here. RV parking on the street with an easy trip around the block to get back to the freeway.

First time visit was by using their drive thru. The wait was very long for a drive thru place. The tacos (asada and buche) were good. I liked that they added pickled carrots on my tacos.

Very average place with chip tacos. Stuff is very friendly they speak English and Spanish, place is very clean, they do have drive thru. But when it comes to food.... Tortilla is soaked with oil, not tastyMeat (asada) is very dark, looks like it been marinated. Very chewy Onions and cilantro are very fresh Now, salsa... I understand that every one do have different tastes, but I didn't like that salsa, felt like they mix crushed pepper with cayenne pepper and it is it. Would I be stopping here next time? Probably not, for sure I'm not be targeting to get here.(Truck driver)

My husband and I got an al pastor and a carne asada burrito and both were delicious! We travel down 99 a lot and will be adding this to our list of places to eat when traveling.

Burritos were 1 of the best ive done tried. Asada meet had alot of flavor, let alone the burrito was great hands down. Only problem is that the burritos are a little small but still loved it. Will come again.

Clean and friendly, the square chips were homemade although mixed in with regular store bought. Great prices and large servings. Fresh guacamole! I had Menudo filled with all the goodies, broth it was in was so-so. Good parking.

I eat here about every two weeks. The food is very good with Tacos, burritos and quesodillas being on point. It's a little more expensive than other places, but well worth the extra dollar or so in my opinion. If Mexican fast good is what your in the mood for, you can't host wrong in this place.

Place is the best for some tacos!!! I've been eating here forever and every time I drive by I must stop. 4 asada with everything ask for extra hot sauce and lime.

The very best mexican food I have ever eaten. The quesadilla carnitas with pico de gallo was delicious, not greasy with great flavor. My wife had the tostada con lengua and thought it was fantastic. We live in Modesto and will not hesitate to take a drive over to Chowchilla for their food.
